Guelaguetza's delicious Coloradito Mole in a paste form for you to make at home. This is the same mole made famous by Guelaguetza restaurant in Los Angeles. Pour it over a nice piece of chicken, beef, or come up with your own unique way of using it. Serves 4-6 people
HOW TO MAKE: Mix entire bag of mole paste with 15oz of tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Stir and simmer under medium heat until paste is fully dissolved. Add 3 cups of Chicken Broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Makes 6 cups of Mole.
Ingredients: Ancho chile, guajillo chile, canola oil, salt, plantains, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, thyme, clove, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, oregano, peanuts, walnuts, raisins, almonds, sugar, sodium as preservative. Product contains nuts
